FAQ — Reform Pilates Studio
Still wondering about something? Reach out — we’re here for you.
Never tried Reformer Pilates? Beginners Reformer is the best place to start.
I’m new to Reformer Pilates. Where should I start?
If you haven’t used a Reformer before, we recommend starting with Beginners Reformer. The class moves at a slower pace and gives you time to get familiar with the machine, basic technique, and foundational exercises. Once you feel comfortable on the Reformer, you can explore our other class types.
What should I bring?
Grip socks are required for all Reformer classes for safety and hygiene. You’re welcome to bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio. Wear comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely.
How early should I arrive?
Doors open 5–10 minutes before class so you have time to settle in and get ready. Late entry may not be possible once the class has started.
How long are the classes?
Our group Reformer classes are 50 minutes.
What language are classes taught in?
Classes are primarily taught in English. Depending on the instructor and the group, guidance may also be provided in Finnish.
All classes should be booked online in advance. Your booking is the only way to secure a place in class.
How do I book a class?
Create or use your Reform Pilates account, purchase a class pack or membership, and book your class through our online booking system.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We recommend booking before arriving at the studio. Classes have limited availability, and an online booking is the only way to secure your spot. If you’re paying with Sports Benefits, please arrange the payment and account credits before arriving at the studio.
What if a class is full?
If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist through the booking system. If a spot becomes available, you’ll receive a notification.
Can someone else use my booking or credits?
Class packs, memberships, credits, and bookings are personal and can’t be shared or transferred between clients. Each person attending class should have their own account and booking.
Bookings can be cancelled up to 12 hours before class. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged as a used session.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking up to 12 hours before class without losing your credit. Cancellations made within 12 hours of class and no-shows are charged as a used session.
How do I cancel my booking?
Please cancel your booking directly through your Glofox account or app. To make sure cancellations are processed correctly, they should be made through the booking system rather than by email, Instagram, or directly through the instructor.
What if I’m sick or something unexpected happens?
We understand that unexpected things can happen. To keep the policy fair and consistent for everyone, the 12-hour cancellation policy still applies to illness and other last-minute circumstances.
Class packs are personal, non-transferable, and valid for the stated validity period. Unused or expired sessions are non-refundable.
How long are class packs valid?
1x Reformer Class – Valid for 1 month from purchase.
3x Reformer Intro Pack – New clients only. Valid for 1 month from purchase.
5x Reformer Class Pack – Valid for 2 months from the first booking.
10x Reformer Class Pack – Valid for 4 months from the first booking.
Can I extend my class pack?
Yes. If you need a little more time to use your remaining credits, you can extend your pack for:
1 week — €6
2 weeks — €10
1 month — €15
Extensions are available for class packs that have expired within the previous 6 months. Just get in touch with us if you’d like to arrange an extension.
Can I freeze my class pack?
Class packs can’t be frozen, but if you need a little more time, you can use one of the extension options above.
Can I share my class pack?
Class packs and credits are personal, so they can’t be shared or transferred to another client.
Membership credits are valid for the applicable membership cycle and do not roll over or extend into future cycles.
What happens if I don’t use all of my membership credits?
Membership credits are designed to be used within each membership cycle. Any unused credits expire at the end of that cycle and can’t be carried over or extended into a future cycle.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. Memberships can be frozen for 2–4 weeks at a time, up to 4 weeks within a 6-month period. One freeze per year is complimentary. Additional freezes are €10 each.
Please contact us in advance if you’d like to arrange a freeze.
How do I change or cancel my membership?
Please contact us by email if you’d like to change or cancel your membership. Any minimum commitment period or notice terms connected to your membership will still apply.
Can I pay for a membership with Epassi, Smartum or Edenred?
Sports Benefits can be used for eligible class packs, but they can’t be used to purchase memberships.
Sports Benefits payments do not automatically reserve a class. Credits must first be added to your Reform account, after which you can book your class online.
What payment methods do you accept?
Class packs and memberships can be purchased online using a credit or debit card. We do not accept cash.
Can I pay with Epassi, Smartum or Edenred?
Yes. Sports Benefits can be used to purchase eligible class packs.
Find Reform Pilates in your Epassi, Smartum or Edenred app and make a payment for the class pack you’d like to purchase.
After payment, send us the payment confirmation together with the email address connected to your Reform Pilates account. We’ll then add the corresponding credits to your profile.
Sports Benefits can’t currently be used directly through our website and are not valid for memberships.
Do I still need to book after paying with Sports Benefits?
Yes. Once the credits have been added to your account, you’ll still need to book your class through our online booking system.
