FAQ — Reform Pilates Studio
Still wondering about something? Reach out — we’re here for you.
Grippy socks are required for all Reformer classes for hygiene and safety. You’re welcome to bring your own, or purchase a pair at the studio. Comfortable activewear that allows free movement is recommended.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class so you can settle in and prepare your Reformer. Doors close promptly at class start time to ensure a focused experience.
If you’re brand new, we recommend starting with our Beginner Reformer class to learn the basics, set-up, and key technique cues at a comfortable pace. Once you feel confident, you’re welcome to join our Open-Level Reformer classes, where the instructor tailors exercises and spring resistance to your level and needs. When you’re ready for more challenge and flow, you can move up to Signature classes.
Both classes offer a full-body workout designed to strengthen, lengthen, and energize.
The difference lies in the style and pace:
Open-Level Reform — Designed for all experience levels, but don’t be misled by the name — it’s a dynamic, full-body session that builds deep strength, control, and precision. Exercises are adapted to each participant, ensuring everyone feels challenged.
Signature Reform — A more progressive and flowing sequence, blending strength and endurance work with creative transitions. Expect a continuous rhythm, deep burn, and energizing finish.
Each class is 50 minutes, allowing time for setup and transitions.
