Class types

Our classes are designed to meet you where you are — with space to grow, strengthen, and reconnect at your own pace.
Whether you’re beginning your Pilates journey or deepening an existing practice, each session offers mindful movement, thoughtful guidance, and room to find your own rhythm.

Pregnancy & Postpartum note:
Regular classes are not designed as prenatal or early postpartum classes. From the 2nd trimester onwards, we recommend booking our Mama classes. Regular classes may include exercises lying on the stomach or back, stronger abdominal work, and faster transitions, and modifications may not always be possible within the group class format.

Open-Level Reform
A full-body Reformer class for all levels, best suited for those with some familiarity with the Reformer or Pilates fundamentals. Expect a steady pace with options to modify or progress every exercise. Newer clients are welcome – you’ll be supported with variations – but if it’s your very first Reformer class, our “Beginners” class is usually the best place to start.
Signature Reform
Our signature 50-minute reformer experience — where rhythm meets strength and flow meets focus. Reform your form, your posture, and your power. Move with intention, sculpt with precision, and feel completely transformed. Best suited for clients with prior Reformer experience. If it’s your first Reformer class, please start with our “Beginners” class.
Reform Jump
A dynamic jumpboard class that blends low-impact cardio with full-body reformer work. Expect sweaty, fun combos with options for all levels.
Beginners Reformer
Intro-level Reformer class designed for complete beginners and anyone who wants a slower-paced workout. Learn the machine, core techniques, and foundational exercises at an easy pace.
Reform Barre

Reform Barre blends barre-inspired sculpting with the support and resistance of the reformer. Expect small, precise movements, a core-focused flow, and a full-body burn—low impact, high results.

Reform Mama: Pre & Postnatal
A supportive Reformer class for pregnancy and the postpartum return. Focus on breath, core connection, pelvic floor, posture, and strength — with plenty of options for every stage.
Private classes
We offer 1:1 and Duo Reformer Pilates, available as single sessions and packs. Prices from 95€. Contact us via email for more details.
